July 2008

There have been many changes since January of last year. It has been a prolific year and a half for ECHO. Our investigations included some very well known historic places local and national along with the usual residences and businesses.

Many of our best photos were included in magazines and newspaper accounts, however, and I will get up to date on my investigation reports online after my move. This is a project I've been wanting to do for some time.

Our infrared SLR photography has been moderately successful. We have captured orbs in the upper IR range above 720 nanometers on a few occasions. It seems that orb activity is harder to capture in upper IR ranges. It may be that lower IR ranges commonly used on regular digital cameras is the better way to document true energy orbs.

Apparitions may be better photographed in the higher IR ranges but being in the right place at the right time for the appearance of a ghost is another matter all together.

Our SLR 3 D photography has yielded great results. We have captured a few valuable photos of 3 D orbs out of over one-thousand pictures. I believe we may be the only paranormal group out there doing this research at the moment.

This is exciting news for us because we have not only gotten 3 D orbs viewable on 3 D software but been able to mathematically calculate their approximate size and position from the lenses in relation to the size and distance of all other people or objects around them. We are also able to determine how far an orb is from all objects in the photo. This is impossible to do with regular commercial cameras and videos.

All 3 D orbs we photographed under indoor and outdoor conditions fell almost exactly within the same millimeter circumference range well above that of micron-sized dust particles, pollens or pollutants.  Bugs will not appear in both photo frames either.

Such scientific evidence, along with the professional 3 D lens construction which prohibits a single free-floating pollutant to be in front of dual mirrored camera lenses on the SLR body at the same time and to join as one 3 D object in overlapping twin photos, validates our position that orbs can and do exist as independent circular objects taking up three dimensional space in our dimension.

As we have sensitives on our investigations during scientific documentation, the 3 D photos were taken when "spirit" energies were often felt by skeptical and intuitive team people at the same time. Orbs are present in many photos when both equipment registers anomalous EMF readings and sensitives feel unusual energies. Many times the best 3 D orbs are captured during attempts to communicate in some way during paranormal encounters.

The double-framed thumbnail below is the first 3D orb photo we captured last year. In this original photo I'm talking aloud to what may have been an angry Indian spirit in the Mother Vineyard area of Manteo. This investigation was done at the request of an archeological research group and was being filmed and observed by two newspaper reporters. The glowing bright object is the orb.

I will be adding a 3 D section to the website which will show our 3 D equipment and our photos to date. If you have any questions about 3 D photography, please contact me directly.
