JUNE 2005 Plenty of Investigations! The new ECHO Investigations team is up and running. We are still looking for members so don't hesitate to contact us. We are a very active group and usually investigate 2-3 areas each month. This has been a very productive half year for us and we've captured some fantastic North Carolina photos, including a shadow ghost at Deans Cemetery, a vortex at the Washington Plantation, and some wonderful photos of spirit activity during a dowsing communication session at the Oakdale Cemetery. We have also conducted some residential investigations with more lined up for the future. In fact, I am seriously behind in listing most of these fourteen research areas because we're always out doing field work! A week ago I and another team member flew back to West Palm Beach, FL to conduct a third investigation of the very haunted historical Stranahan House. This investigation was at the request of the Ft. Lauderdale Historical Society, and we gathered some fine ectoplasm mist photos along with EVPs. While I was in the area, we also conducted another private residence request, which I've been following for the last 7 months via phone. In the media, I was contacted by Dr. Alan Brown from the University of West Alabama Press who interviewed ECHO staff for a chapter in his upcoming book Ghost Hunters from the American South. We also contributed a listing for Jeff Belanger's new edition of The World's Most Haunted Places. We are also looking for photo contributions so if you've got a picture of something paranormal that you'd like posted here, please send it on and we'll review it. We will also post an email link back to you if the photo is used. Those persons looking for advice or help with paranormal activity in your house or anywhere else, contact us for an investigation. We document our scientific findings at no expense.
